A Snapshot of our How We Reggio Conference

  • Observe in live classrooms ages 2 years-1st grade. Attend an in-depth workshop on how to use Visible Thinking routines to enhance your Reggio investigations. Connect and share others how you Reggio.

  • During our Opening Session you will experience mindfulness practices for you and your young learners from our experts. Then take your time and visit all 15 of our classrooms and enjoy the exchange with our master teachers (take the experience with you by taking as many pictures and videos as you wish) for future reflection. After lunch, choose break-out sessions to support your educational journey. At the end of the day engage in a clay atelier workshop and make a 3d memory to take home.

What will I gain from this conference?

  • Have an opportunity to observe our master teachers engaging with students ages two - first grade.

  • Discover how to use powerful visible thinking routines from Harvard University’s Project Zero with learners age 2 ½ half and beyond.

  • Examine Mindfulness strategies that can increase learning for your students.

  • Discover Conscious Discipline routines that will support Reggio Emilia inspired practices.

  • Learn how to weave thinking routines into long term project to promote deeper learning opportunities.

  • Discuss and share how to increase family involvement opportunities.

  • Increase your knowledge of Reggio Emilia inspired practices and your network with educators from around the USA.

  • Have the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of your own practice through presentations, group discussions, and exchange with other participants.

If you need to cancel your registration, you may do so prior to January 15, 2027 and we will issue a refund minus a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be granted after January 15, 2027.

Come and observe live classrooms of your choice, ranging from 2-year-olds to 1st-grade students. Participate in an insightful workshop focused on utilizing Visible Thinking routines to enrich your Reggio-inspired inquiries. Engage with a community of educators and administrators to exchange ideas and experiences on implementing the Reggio Emilia approach in your setting.

You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in crafting creative documentation and display ideas that honor your children's "100 Languages." Afterward, explore any of our 16 classrooms at your own pace, engage in enriching conversations with our master teachers, and take photos and videos to revisit and reflect upon in the future.

Following lunch, select from a variety of breakout sessions tailored to support and enhance your educational path, including mindfulness for young children, master teacher presentations on long-term projects, and a day in the life of a Reggio-inspired classroom.

To conclude the day, participate in a hands-on clay atelier workshop, where you can experience the power of clay in fostering calm, engaged learners.

  • Our first annual conference was small but powerful. We had participants from around the United States. We offered presentations from several of our Master teachers on their current investigations.

  • Our second year we doubled our attendance and had participants from around the United States and Dominican Republic. We had two expert guest speakers on the topics of Conscious Discipline and Mindfulness. We also offered a workshop on the visible thinking routines from Harvard University.

  • Our focus of 2025 was on the topic of Visible Thinking routines from Harvard University, in a Reggio-inspired environment. We led an in-depth workshop on applying Visible Thinking in the classroom, as well as Mindfulness practices.
